The property is located along the Maremma coast, near Castiglione della Pescaia (Grosseto). Nearby: tennis clubs and the excellent Punta Ala Golf Club (a letter is usually required for guest access). Florence is about 150 km away (international airport), Siena and Chianti about 90 km, Rome about 200 km. Grosseto airport is about 25 km (30 minutes), Pisa about 133 km (about 1h30).
