When you take the entrance to “Dioniso” you will be fascinated by the sense of space and light, the perfume of the uncontaminated woods. Fairytale atmosphere in which Dionora, with its antique houses looking out over the towns of Pienza and Montefollonico, seems to not want to disturb the natural beauty of the area. The villa, which dates back to the beginning of the 18hundreds, has been completely reconstructed maintaining with care the original details. The villa is spread over 1000sq. mt. and is surrounded by a beautiful garden of half a hectre containing an English lawn, swimming pool 22x12x1.72, vineyard and magnificent view. Relais Dioniso, in fact, is in one of the most prestigious wine-producing zones famous for the Montepulciano red wine to be found in all the world wine guide books. It was also a renowned agricultural establishment and, for love of tradition, has recuperated that activity offering DOC wines of superior quality as well as extravergine olive oil delicious with all your favourite dishes. In the Summer season you will appreciate the outdoor areas of the Relais, where a dip into the pool is equivalent to a dive into the enchanting hillside surroundings. In the woods it is not uncommon to see hares and baby goats which inhabit these uncontaminated areas.

There is a large lounge area, with fireplace, and four bedrooms, whilst in the annex next to it has another three bedrooms with a delightful view over Pienza,the “limonaia” and the pavillion. Each bedroom is furnished in the classic style, with warm colours, elegant furniture and essentials like airconditioning, TV, LCD, safe, separate bathroom with hydromassage bath. In the Winter there is the fireplace where you can relax in peace and quiet with a glass of DOC red wine. Lemon house Quiet lounge in the center of the garden, far from noise but full of light thanks to the large windows. It has comfortable divans, mobile bar and coffee station. Pavilion Climatized for the seasons with great, glass windows, this area has a normal-sized bar and coffee station. Breakfast and dinner are served here and the guests have a beautiful view over the garden and countryside. Bathroom.

Large kitchen which includes a dining table, island and wood fireplace ….the cook can prepare breakfast and other meals on request.
