Welcome to Villa Verde, a charming seaside villa located within a gated estate belonging to a prestigious Florentine aristocratic family.
This charming villa is located just 300 metres from the public beach at Marina di Bibbona, a seaside resort in the picturesque Maremma region of Livorno. A private path, accessible through a locked gate, winds through a pine forest and dunes, taking you directly to the beach. Guests will be provided with a private cabana complete with towels, sun loungers and parasols for maximum comfort.
Villa Verde is set in a well-maintained private garden with a green lawn and a variety of Mediterranean shrubs, including oleander, plumbago, roses and bougainvillea. French windows from every room in the villa open onto this enchanting garden. For your relaxation and pleasure, sun loungers and seating are distributed throughout the property.
The property features a spacious outdoor veranda, embellished with white wooden beams and a square black marble floor. Under this veranda, you will find an elegant dining area with a table for 8 and a cosy lounge area furnished with wicker armchairs, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.




Tourist Attractions
Villa Verde is located about 300 m from the public beach of Marina di Bibbona, a seaside resort in the Maremma region of Livorno, part of the Etruscan Coast. The latter is a long coastal stretch of about 90 km, bordered to the north by Livorno and to the south by Piombino, and also includes four inland municipalities (Collesalvetti, Sassetta, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima). The name of this coastal area is linked to the presence of the Etruscans, who lived here as early as the 9th century BC. One of the most significant testimonies of this civilisation is undoubtedly the Baratti and Populonia Archaeological Park, which covers about 80 hectares between Piombino and the Gulf of Baratti, where the Etruscan city of Populonia once resided. The park is a veritable open-air museum, where it is possible to observe the traces of the iron activity and the commercial and cultural aspects (e.g. the various necropolises) of the Etruscan civilisation.
Other archaeological and naturalistic areas on the Etruscan Coast worth visiting are those of the Val di Cornia Parks, which include, in addition to the aforementioned Baratti and Populonia Archaeological Park, the Rimigliano and Sterpaia Coastal Parks.
For those who love the sea, along the Costa degli Etruschi, long stretches of rocky cliffs alternate with sandy beaches of fine or dense grain. There are several seaside resorts along the coast, in addition to Marina di Bibbona: Marina di Castagneto Carducci, Donoratico, San Vincenzo, Rosignano Marittimo and Cecina. For those who want to go to the Island of Elba, they can easily take the fast ferry from Piombino (which is just 45 minutes from the villa).
For those who love relaxation and wellness, it is advisable to go to the Calidario and Venturina spas, which have a natural spring with water at 36°.
Within 20 minutes from the villa we find two small and ancient medieval villages of great charm: Castagneto Carducci (where the famous Italian poet Giosuè Carducci spent his childhood) and Bolgheri. The latter is the producer of one of the best wines in the world, Sassicaia. In fact, Bolgheri is part of the Strada del Vino e dell'Olio Costa degli Etruschi, an area that stretches more than 150 km along the entire Province of Livorno, including the Island of Elba, and is made up of producers of wine, oil and local products.

The property - arranged on one floor and furnished in modern style in pastel colours - can accommodate up to 8 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
You will be welcomed by a bright open-plan living area, divided into the following rooms: a living room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace and smart TV; an island kitchen with marble countertop. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and moka coffee machine.
You will also find a pantry and a laundry room that open onto the kitchen area.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms (with 2 single beds each), all decorated differently with individual attention to detail in fabric and colour.
There are 4 bathrooms with shower (2 of which are en-suite).
Wi-Fi is available. All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned. All bathrooms have hairdryers. Pets are allowed.
