On the ground floor a large living room and a beautiful frescoed dining room welcome visitors, and then allow access to a well-equipped study and the beautiful original kitchen with with fireplace and equipped with all comforts.
On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms and 1 with twin beds all with en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning system, while on the second floor there is another double room with en-suite bathroom and 2 further rooms with twin beds and bathroom. further rooms with twin beds and a connecting bathroom.
The ideal maximum capacity to stay at the Villa is 16 people.
The property also consists of the Limonaia, an independent outbuilding with bathroom, Kitchen-living room and bedroom for 2-4 persons.
All around the Villa is a marvellous Italian-style garden, cared for down to the last detail and communicating with the beautiful 13x5 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a green lawn and immersed, like the rest of the property, among the olive trees and rose bushes.
An enchanted place where you can spend pleasant days relaxing and in contact with nature, but from which you can also organise excursions and visits both to the surrounding area and to the beautiful city of Lucca, famous for the Cinta Cinta and the Cinta di Lucca. of Lucca, famous for its 16th-century town wall, still perfectly preserved and practicable both on foot and by bicycle.
