A property for gathering together, with generous shared spaces and quieter corners in which to unwind. The main villa and annexe accommodate up to 20 guests in 10 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. An additional outdoor shower room brings the total to 11 bathrooms. Neutral linens, vintage touches and windows framing the surrounding landscape lend the interiors a relaxed character, while terraces and gardens extend everyday life outdoors.

The principal suite has a terrace with panoramic sea views and a private bathroom with twin washbasins and a rain shower. A saltwater pool, a separate Jacuzzi and a dedicated wellness area leave plenty of room for a slower rhythm, from a morning swim to time in the sauna and dinner prepared in the outdoor kitchen.

Interior layout

Ground floor, served by a lift: a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen; two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe. This level also includes a laundry room, fitness area, sauna, massage room and sensory shower.

First floor, served by a lift: a large living area with sitting and dining spaces and a kitchen; four double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, two with walk-in wardrobes, and a terrace.

Second floor, served by a lift: a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen; three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe, and a terrace.

Third floor: a living and dining room, kitchen, one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two small terraces.

Pool and outdoor living

The garden is complemented by terraces, a sunbathing area and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and dining space. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower.

The private saltwater pool measures 12 × 7 metres and is between 1.20 and 1.50 metres deep. It is open throughout the year.

The separate private Jacuzzi measures 2 × 2 metres, with a depth of 0.60–0.80 metres, and is heated to a maximum of 28 °C. It is also open year-round. The stated heating applies to the Jacuzzi.

Facilities and accessibility

Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge-freezer, ice maker, kettle, microwave, oven and toaster. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, television and satellite TV are also provided. Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher, safe and smoke detector.

An adapted bedroom and bathroom are available for guests with reduced mobility. The lift serves the ground, first and second floors; guests with specific access requirements should check that the layout meets their needs before booking.

Included in your stay

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are changed twice a week. Final cleaning, unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning and underfloor heating in every room are included, together with a welcome basket of local breakfast products. Use of the fitness area and sauna is also included. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Breakfast, pre-arrival grocery shopping and any additional beds can be requested and quoted separately. Additional beds require confirmation and do not automatically increase the maximum occupancy.

Practical information

Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 10:00. Arrivals between 21:00 and midnight require prior acceptance and a separate quotation.

The mandatory security deposit is payable in cash on arrival. Tourist tax is payable locally for guests aged over 2, for a maximum of 10 days.

A 30% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
