Between Ragusa and the sea, where dry stone walls shape the landscape and the hills gently slope down to the Mediterranean, Villa Love is a contemporary home designed for getting together: extended families, groups of friends, holistic retreats, small weddings, and teams who want to get out of the office and breathe. From the large terrace, the view stretches across the fields to the blue line on the horizon: Sicily is right there in front of you.
The heart of the villa is the scenic swimming pool (18 x 6 m, depth 1.40 m), framed by a large terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a lawn where children can play safely. A colonnaded entrance driveway leads to the pool area, which naturally becomes the stage for the day's activities: diving, reading in the sun, aperitifs at sunset.
Overlooking the garden is a large covered veranda, designed to be used all year round as an extension of the interior living room. Sliding glass doors transform it into a hybrid indoor-outdoor space, furnished with three large dining tables and a comfortable lounge area: this is where leisurely breakfasts, group dinners, and moments of sharing after a day of excursions take place. From the back of the veranda, you can enter the living room directly through large glass doors, or access the modern kitchen from a separate entrance.
Inside, Villa Love is spread over two levels. The white wooden ceilings on the upper floor bring light and air, while neutral colors, soft fabrics, and rugs create a relaxed, never stiff atmosphere. The large open space houses a corner sofa, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for those who really love to cook or to welcome a dedicated chef.
The sleeping area offers 10 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, to comfortably accommodate up to 20 people while ensuring privacy and comfort. On the ground floor, there are six rooms with en suite bathrooms and an additional bathroom; on the first floor, there are another four rooms, including a master suite with a private sitting room and a large panoramic terrace. Each room is equipped with a minibar and safe, so that every guest has their own personal space.
