Villa Peretti is a prestigious property with a private garden and swimming pool, with a breathtaking view of the sea, located on the promontory of Pantogia, near Porto Cervo in Sardinia.
The villa has a plot of 7000 square metres and a built-up area of 700 square metres; it is surrounded by the natural elements of the area, such as rocks and granite, and dominates the entire harbour of Porto Rotondo, stretching as far as the Marina of Portisco, the Bay of Cala di Volpe and the beach of Marinella.
The spaces and volumes are set in the splendid granite rocks of the place, for a perfect balance between architecture and landscape.

Interior Description
Villa Peretti is characterised by hand-painted decorations and walls with colours and motifs reminiscent of typical Sardinian architecture.
The main house consists of a bright, double-glazed living room, furnished with large sofas, coffee tables and designer armchairs, followed by a dining room that overlooks a large covered terrace with dining area and wicker lounge, for pleasant outdoor meals.
The kitchen has an industrial style, with professional appliances, and has direct access from outside.

The sleeping area consists of a suite with large walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, exclusive terrace and bathroom with Jacuzzi, and two "French-style" bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.
At pool level, a large covered patio houses the 'Orange Suite'.
The "White Suite", a splendid and romantic annexe with a double terrace, is located a few steps from the pool and enjoys a unique sea view of the islands and the Gulf of Marinella.
On the garden level, the 'Green Suite', the 'Violet Suite', the 'Sky - Blue Suite', the 'Blue Suite' and the 'Red Suite' are all furnished in themed colours and have direct access from the outside.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, minibar, safe and private bathroom.

Villa Maestrale has 9 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 18+2 guests.

Outside, by the pool, there is a covered veranda with a third dining area.
