It consists of two floors. Each floor has a fully furnished kitchen (equipped with oven, freezer, microwave, hob, dishwasher, centrifuge, coffee machine, kettle and many other appliances). On the main floor there is a large dining table, while on the ground floor there is a living area with a sofa and a 55-inch satellite TV.
Three rooms are located on the upper floor and three on the ground floor. Each of the six double rooms is equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, safe, TV, electric shutters, air conditioning and a fully furnished private bathroom. The two floors can be reached either from the inside or from the outside staircase.
The outdoor area is large and surrounds the entire property. On the ground floor, facing the sea, we find a swimming pool with sinuous lines, a shower and sun loungers.
