The villa is positioned approximately one kilometre from the centre of Maiori, one of the most accessible and liveable towns on the Amalfi Coast. The arrival already says something about the nature of the place. From the parking area, the villa is reached through a staircase of 87 steps leading up to the entrance. This is part of the Amalfi Coast experience: vertical, scenic, physical, built into the rock and shaped by centuries of life between mountain and sea. Two of the bedrooms enjoy sea views, while two are more internal and intimate. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, allowing the villa to be used comfortably across the warmer months and in the quieter shoulder seasons.

The sleeping layout is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends travelling together. The rooms offer privacy without feeling disconnected from the life of the house, while the outdoor spaces become the true shared living room. The villa offers 3 bathrooms. One bathroom, serving the ground-floor bedrooms and living area, features a shower with spa and chromotherapy functions. Two additional bathrooms with showers are ensuite to the raised-floor bedrooms. Air conditioning ensures comfort during the height of summer, while a pellet stove integrated with the radiators supports cooler periods.
