Located inside the charming island of Capri, set on a high point over, the three-level house affords views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle: from the famous Piazzetta, walking along the picturesque Via Le Botteghe, one can walk to the villa in about 18 minutes, with a breathtaking view, several small typical shops and streets typical of Capri along the way.

On a terracotta terrace, there’s an outside pool from where Vesuvio and Gulf of Naples can be spotted, a solarium and an external 4 seats Jacuzzi. Hidden away, yet very close to the town centre, this estate offers five bedrooms decorated in elegant style with walls, contemporary fabrics, and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans. The property includes 2.500 square meters of private gardens.
The interior of the property measures 400 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 10 adults and 4 extra friends or staff on sofa beds. Best used for 10 people, total.

Access

Once in Capri in the touristic harbour, a meeting with the local staff will be arranged, her or she, will pick you up with a taxi or more, and bring to the famous “Piazzetta”, meanwhile, luggage will be delivered to the property and you will enjoy a nice walk of
20 minutes to the villa

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a classic style with ceramic tiles. A late 19th century residence in classic Mediterranean
style recently restored, the villa has preserved its characteristic Caprese architecture adding the comforts offered by modern technology, such as the infinity pool
overlooking the sea, the sauna and the jacuzzi as well as a collection of art and fiction books. Modern yet very comfortable, this is a contemporary retreat full of light
and a welcoming vibe.

THE EXPERIENCE
We recommend the famous restaurant Villa Verde. Do not miss La Capannina for a winetasting. Food connoisseurs won’t miss Mammà. A plethora of bars, cocktail bars, wine bars can be found in Capri, the main area being the world renown Piazzetta (square), 4 minutes walks away from the property gate. Right at the famous Piazzetta, find Bar Tiberio an historical meeting point for people from around the world. Stroll down to Quisisana and indulge in either a great aperitif or breakfast and the Quisi Bar or stop by for a short break in Bar la Pompeiana for a glamorous aperitive.

CULTURE
This world-famous island is Piazza Umberto 1, but it’s best known as the Piazzetta. Several cafés are busy all day, from morning coffee to aperitif, for welldressed inhabitants and tourists, and afterdinner drinks.
